It was a beautiful room, very close to the Vatican train stop and only about 10 mins walking to the Vatican. I liked the modern furnishings in the room. The Prati neighborhood where it is located is not too touristy and gives you a taste of an Italian neighborhood. There is a little grocer next door where you can pick up goods and other businesses near by.
It was a bit hard to find without a map, but once found it is very close to the train stop. There is no staff on site to assist you, but they are easily reachable by phone. If this is your first time in Italy, this might be hard to handle. For a first timer, a regular hotel with staff on site may be better. However, a hotel room like this one in a regular staffed hotel would probably cost 25%-50% more, so weigh your options.

I greatly enjoyed the particularly good and magnificent location close to St Peter's Square. My bed was large and the room was well-organized and newly decorated with twin beds.

Good location. Clean room.
Breakfast was a coffee and a croissant at a cofee shop down the street.

Enjoyed the "Italian breakfast" at a cute local café, had fun informing the hotel in advance of my late arrival, and loved the thrill of searching for the hotel without any signs! Such an adventure!
It was hilarious to have to reuse my dirty towels and not have any clean ones, such great service!

The venue was nice, I thoroughly enjoyed the stay and the location was stunning adjacent to the Centre of Vatican, the Vatican City, restaurants, stores and the metro station, and coffee available 24/7. Stayed in neat room with twin beds;))

The room was very nice!! Everything new and modern.
We had some problems with the tv and internet acces. You should call if you are arriving after 8 in the afternoon because there is no one to open the door for you. Also, the street of the hotel does not appear on the tourist maps they give you in the tourist offices, so we had a hard ime finding it!! You should print from google maps before hand!!

The room was very modern and clean and the location is fantastic - less than 5 minutes from The Vatican.
The breakfast at the near by cafe was very basic and there was no provision for people who do no like coffee or croissants. My husband was offered bread and jam and a bottle of water but then had to pay over 5 euros which was expensive for what it was. Also there was only 1 toilet roll and no extra provisions were provided E.G. shampoo/ shower gel and no-one checked or cleaned the room during our stay.

The location was fantastic and the room was clean and comfortable with very modern decoration. The hotel is actually a floor of an apartment block and we were a little confused upon arrival at the Interno 5, as it looked as though we would be staying in someone's house! We were pleasantly surprised when we entered the building however, to find a floor of beautifully furnished rooms, perfect if you are just looking for a place to sleep after a long day of sight seeing. There is no reception however, you are literally on a room only basis, but you are given the owner's contact details if you have an queries. As I said the location was brilliant, we was right next to the metro station and within walking distance of the Vatican. I thoroughly recommend this hotel if you are simply looking for a nice, quiet place to sleep after exploring the sights of Rome.
My boyfriend and I were slightly disappointed that the breakfast only consisted of one drink and either a plain croissant or a pain au chocolat. However, it was served in a quaint cafe only minutes from the hotel which was a nice surprise, but it definitely differed from other breakfasts that we have had at B&Bs. Oh and ladies be warned, there is no hair-dryer in the room!! Furthermore, as far as we know there is not a place to store your luggage if you have a late flight. However, I think that this may be a common occurrence in Rome, and there is a baggage deposit at the terminal station which is very reasonable and highly convenient.

No staff on site had to wait an hour for him to arrive. They tried to charge us cash with no notice and where very rude. It was one of the worst experiences of my life.
